Summary: This hotel was pristine! Front desk was kind and helpful. Restaurant/bar downstairs was amazing! Food was delicious! Drinks made perfectly! Our room was bigger than we’d expected. The bed was comfortable! Everything was nice and clean. Would absolutely come back to this hotel!

Summary: Our stay was negatively impact by a very strong odor of marijuana that filtered up to our room from the room below. When we called the front desk, the management felt they were appeasing us by assuring us they would clean the room where the marijuana was being consumed. That did nothing for the terrible smell we had to endure.

Summary: My wife and I came to Waco on a little 3-day getaway. This hotel was great. Rooms were nice and very clean. The pool was a little on the smaller side, but the pool area was well kept. Had a great little bar in the lobby that was fun to enjoy at the end of the day. The best thing was probably its location. It is right in downtown Waco. Walking distance to Magnolia, Terry Blacks BBQ, Dr Pepper Museum, etc. There is a Salvation Army next door that has people in need visiting it and the train runs through downtown every so often, including in the middle of the night. So there is noise and what not, but nothing you wouldn’t expect being in a downtown area of a large town. We loved being so close to all the entertainment downtown. It is more of a business travel/couples hotel, but I wouldn’t have any problem staying here with my kids.

Summary: I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The ladies that helped me were OUTSTANDING! They made me feel at home and comfortable, I have never stayed at another hotel where I felt so welcomed! 1000 out of 1000 all the way around! I will definitely stay there again! I definitely want to make sure that the two ladies that helped me, know just how much I appreciate them!
